For Sale — Voice Reminder Mobile App (Personal Virtual Assistant)
We built ZEN Reminder to give people a simple way to organize their activities. We believe the app is very good and useful. However, our team does not have the budget needed to invest in promoting it, so we have decided to offer the entire project for sale to a person or company with the resources to take it forward.
What does the app do?
ZEN Reminder allows users to create reminders easily by voice, without wasting time typing or filling out forms.
Users simply say what they want:
“Remind me tomorrow at 10 a.m. to call Andrei.”
“When I arrive at the office, remind me to send the contract.”
“Remind me to check the invoice in two weeks.”
“When my husband arrives at the supermarket, remind him to buy olive oil.”
The app understands the request and automatically creates the reminder.
Why is it useful?
ZEN Reminder was created for people who have many things to do and want a faster, more natural way to stay organized.
The app offers:
- time-based and location-based reminders;
- reminders sent to other people;
- personalized voice alarms;
- interaction with an AI assistant;
- support for numerous international languages, except Chinese.
It can be useful for everyday users as well as professionals: sales representatives, real estate agents, entrepreneurs, managers, doctors, lawyers, drivers, technicians, or anyone else with a busy schedule.
What is the current status?
The app is fully functional, but it has not been officially launched commercially and has not been promoted. It is listed on Google Play, but the launch and investment in promotion were postponed due to a lack of funds.
We are not presenting it as a business with proven revenue or a large user base. The future of the project depends on the investment and work of whoever takes it over.
Potential revenue sources
The project offers several possible monetization options, some of which require additional development and testing:
- monthly subscriptions, with payments through Google Play;
- relevant voice advertisements, implemented with respect for privacy;

These are possibilities, not guaranteed revenue.

The app works, and the necessary infrastructure has been built. The main step remaining is promotion: attracting users and gradually growing the project, including through social media. A buyer with a budget and experience in promoting mobile apps could develop it in international markets.
What is included in the purchase?
The entire ZEN Reminder project is for sale:
- the mobile app and source code;
- all associated websites, in the available languages;
- the administration panel and project infrastructure;
- support, maintenance, and consulting after the takeover, on mutually agreed terms.
The transfer of domains, accounts, and services will be carried out according to the contract and the providers' rules.
